Reza Fathi
Reza leads strategy and operations at Tiarez, overseeing sourcing, quality, and business development. He brings over 25 years of engineering background in quality and process improvement to how the company builds and manages its supply chain.
Tia Nguyen
Tia manages and directs Tiarez's sourcing team, with over 10 years of experience in business and logistics. She holds a Master of Business from RMIT University, Melbourne.
Nhan Nguyen
Mr. Nguyen brings over 40 years of experience in banking and contract management, advising Tiarez on strategic and commercial matters.
Phạm Trung Thành
Mr. Thành brings 18 years of management experience across agriculture and agribusiness, including senior roles in cattle farm operations and finance, and coffee industry ventures he founded starting in 2013. He currently also directs Green Farm Thủ Đức.
Dr Alf Tabrizzi
Dr Tabrizzi holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Queensland and brings over 15 years of academic and industrial research experience, including senior roles as Senior Industrial Chemist, R&D Manager, and Technical Manager across the Australian chemical industry. At Tiarez, he guides product development, formulation strategy, and regulatory compliance across Personal Care, Home Care, Vehicle Care, Garden Care, and Pet Care categories. Based in Melbourne, Australia.
